Stephen Alan Cook of Warren, MI passed away on June 17th, 2025 at the age of 73.
Born on December 26th, 1951 in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, Canada to the late Mary and Ronald Cook. Stephen is survived by his siblings Darlene Cook, Daniel Cook (late Kathy), and Patricia Jacobs (Mel). Stephen also leaves behind a daughter, Stefanie Cook whom he shared with a former spouse Ewa Cook.
Stephen enlisted in the Coast Guard at the age of 19, and proudly served for six years.
He spent most of his life in Michigan working in HVAC and sales. He took great pride in being able to fix almost anything. Stephen was a carpenter, builder, and "jack of all trades". His skills allowed him to build a home from the ground up, along with remodeling multiple homes in the Michigan area. When Stephen was not working on home projects he was exploring the outdoors, boating, fishing, or spending time with friends and family. Beyond his hobbies and work, Stephen was a loving father and supportive friend. Stephen was always willing to lend a hand whenever asked. He will be greatly missed.
Services will be held at White Chapel Memorial Park Cemetery in Troy, MI on July 18th at 1pm.
