I was so saddened to hear this News. I´ve known Steve since high school days. I went to Gull lake and Steve was a comstock guy. Steve and I actually have a crazy story that links us and without adding to much of the details( cuz I don´t remember) but Steve and I got into a scuffle in the Cheek to Cheek bathroom. All said and done I had two of the gnarliest black eyes and some sore marbles, Steve on the other hand had got some stitches over is eye. Well it wasn´t long until that night was Kalamazoo River water under the bridge. Skip ahead a couple decades and we got to talking on FB and Steve invited me to a party at his house and what a great time. I stayed the night and we talked every once in a while. Last year I saw his son in the news for WMU hockey so I was bragging about him and his son. He was a really incredible Father and a fantastic man. Super loyal , smart, funny he was truly blessed. I won´t forget Steve and I hope I get to meet the boys cuz they weren´t there when I was, but he spoke of them and I saw all the great pics he had framed all over the place. I am Grateful we had a chance to be friends and that we were able to show others how people can bridge division with a little love and Brotherhood. Love you buddy and I will see you again Steve DavidsonErich Fetterolf

Met Steve in South Haven. Didn´t spend a lot of time with him, but the time I spent with him was great. Fun loving, great guy. Sometimes you have a connection with someone and that´s the way I felt with Steve. You left way too soon. Miss you. Dave and Jill
