Mr. Stephen Logan Felts Sr

Stephen Logan Felts Sr. age 92, of Leslie, passed away early Monday morning June 2, 2025 at Magnolia Manor Nursing Center. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2025 in the chapel of Aldridge Funeral & Cremation Services. Rev. William Hall will officiate the service. A private interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Lee County. The family will greet friends following the service at the Funeral Home. The following gentlemen have been called to serve as active pall bears; Corbett Owell, Lamar Potter, Jim Davidson, Tony Cox, Billy Ray Tissue, Marvin Smith and Russell Philmon.
Stephen Logan Felts was born April 16, 1933 in Preston, Georgia. He was the son of the late Charlie Hall Felts and the late Mary Willie Adams Felts. Mr. Felts honorably served his county in the United States Navy. He later retired from the Trucking Industry and freight business. He enjoyed camping, fishing and working his gardens. He earned numerous awards in the Trucking Industry and was a Master Mason for 50 years. Mr. Felts was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church in Leslie.
Survivors include his sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen Felts. Jr. (Christina) of Somerville, Al, Randy Felts (Linda) of Galveston, Tx and Mark Felts (Kim) of Monroe, LA. Mr. Felts is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents Mr. Felts was preceded in death by his wife Earlene Bass Felts; a son Anthony Keith Felts; four sisters, Lorene Felts, Sara Johnston, Margie Ames, Katherine Felts and two brothers, Charlie Hall Felts, Jr. and William Thomas Felts.
The family has requested memorial contributions be made to a charity of choice.
