Steve is survived by his devoted companion of 39 years, Cheri Bullock, son Spencer (Marissa), and grandchildren Maddox and Rowen.
The family would like to thank his caregivers at Baptist Springhill and Hospice for their love and care during his illness. A memorial may be planned at a later time.

I met Steve when he was a teenager. Then we worked on the railroad together. Steve was always smiling and fun to be around and work with.
