Our loving brother Stephen E. Gaskill, age 64, passed away unexpectedly on December 5, 2024.
Steve was born in Akron, Ohio on July 4th, 1960 to parents Richard and Marjorie Gaskill, both of whom preceded him in death. He lived in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio most of his life and spent several years living in Florida.
He is survived by sister Linda Gaskill (Bo), brother Mark Gaskill (Susan) and close friend Gail Woodward. He leaves behind cousins and family friends who will miss him dearly.
Stephen graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1978 from the vocational electronics program, a field well suited for him given his technical and mechanical ability. He worked with machine controllers/testing equipment used in the tire manufacturing process. His work provided him the opportunity to travel both domestically and internationally.
Steve was quick to laugh, had a soft voice and a gentle demeanor. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Steve enjoyed fishing and hunting with his Dad, brother Mark and close friend Owen. He also enjoyed his skiing trips to New York and Utah.
Sorry you had to leave us so soon. You are loved and will be greatly missed Stephen. Rest in peace dear brother.
