Stephen Craig Lippold, 77, a thirty-seven-year resident of Friendswood, TX, passed away on September 12th, 2025. He was born on June 11th, 1948, to Helen and Robert Lippold in Baltimore, Maryland. He was a devoted husband, father, and friend who enjoyed life everyday. Stephen was a neuropsychologist by trade, and an expert cookie maker by hobby; a hobby passed on to his daughter Helen and son Philip. He was heavily involved in Boy Scouts when his son was young. His quick wit and smart sense of humor was enjoyed by family, friends, and colleagues alike. His days were spent to the tune of classical music and, once retired, in the garden with his wife Teresa.

Stephen is preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Robert Lippold, and his sister-in-law Maria Mercedes Alva.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years Teresa Lippold; daughter Helen Lippold (Mickey Farmer); son Philip Lippold; sisters Patricia Lindgren (Robert) and Paula Johnson (James); nieces and nephews Adrian Alva, Bianca McCarver (Brian), Laura Alva, Robert Lindgren, Jr. (Sarah), David Lindgren (Jill), Angela Chopper (Robert), Jennifer Kauzlick (Shawn), Melanie Smith (Tyler), and Valerie Armbrust (Michael).

There will be a visitation at 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025, at Crowder Funeral Home. 2422 E. Broadway St, Pearland, Texas 77581.

A funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, September 18th, 2025, at Mary Queen Catholic Church. 606 Cedarwood Dr., Friendswood, TX 77546.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
