Surrounded by loved ones, Stephen L. Mohn, 75, of Medford passed from this life in the early morning hours of Friday, September 26, 2025 at his home under the care of Aspirus Hospice.

Per Stephen's wishes, no services will be held at this time.

Stephen was born on November 11, 1949 in Hanna City, Illinois to Henry and Alberta (Monroe) Mohn. On August 16, 1968, he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Nancy Tyson, in Grand Island, Nebraska. Together, they raised three wonderful children, Jennifer, David, and Kimberly. In July 1970, Stephen served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, before being honorable discharged in January 1972. He was employed in information technology as a data processor and retired after many years of working in the computer and technology field.

While he loved music and technology, he especially loved to spend time with his family. Steve's wife and family were his biggest priority. He took pride in providing for and giving to all of them.

His memory will be carried forever in the hearts of his loving wife, Nancy Mohn of Medford; his children, Jennifer (Jerry) Kenny of Medford, David (Jen) Mohn of Ankeny, IA, and Kimberly (Matthew) Bousman of Clinton, IA; his grandchildren, Ashley (Kyle) Larimer of Medford, Tyson (Karla) Kenny of Grand Island, NE, Todd Kenny of Lincoln, NE, Elizabeth (Billy) Thomas of Ankeny, IA, and Wesley Bousman of Clinton, IA and his six great-grandchildren along with many other relatives and friends.

Care for the family has been placed in the hands of Life Tributes Funeral Home-Spencer. Messages of comfort can be shared at www.lifetributesfuneralhome.com.
