Rain Rich and Penny Perdue

February 25, 2023

May the Lord our God be with the family of Stephen, May He grant you peace in your time of mourning. Steve was an exceptional friend and neighbor. He was always there to be a help or a shoulder to lean on. He was loved by all in our neighborhood. He was the neighborhood watchman. He greeted you with a smile, but he meant business about being his brother and sisters keeper. He never turned a friend down who was in need. He was an excellent father, and proud of teaching his children. He will be sorely missed by the Rich and Perdue families of East Milton. We Loved Him!
