Stephen Miles Whitmer, a man known for his adventurous spirit and contemplative mind, passed away on December 12, 2025. Born on October 6, 1968, in the historic city of Heidelberg, Germany, to Steve and Viki Whitmer. Stephen’s life was defined by a curiosity about the world and a drive to live every moment to the fullest.
Stephen was a man of deep thoughts. He possessed a philosophical nature and rarely looked at life at just surface level; he sought to understand the deeper meaning in things and loved engaging in profound conversation.
An avid cyclist, Stephen found his freedom on two wheels, exploring the world with grit and endurance. When he wasn't navigating the roads, he was accompanied by his faithful and beloved dog, Daisy. However, his greatest devotion was reserved for his daughter, Bethany. She was the light of his life and his greatest source of pride.
Stephen is survived by his parents, Steve and Viki; his cherished daughter, Bethany; and his loyal companion, Daisy. He leaves behind a legacy of passion, intellect, and love.
