Stephen C. "Steve" Winebrenner

Stephen C. "Steve" Winebrenner, 74, of Shirley, Indiana passed away at his home on September 1, 2023.
He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on February 28, 1949 and was a Shirley resident for 26 years.
Steve was a US Army veteran serving in Vietnam.
He retired from Accurate Laser Systems as a laser technician in 2019 after 20 years of service. Previously he was employed at Colonial Baking Company over 25 years as operations superintendent.
Survivors include his wife, Angela M. (Rush) Winebrenner whom he married, July 18, 1987 in Noblesville; three children, Keith Winebrenner and Lisa Winebrenner both of Indianapolis and Stephen (Bobbi Jo) Winebrenner of Markleville; brother, Kenneth Winebrenner of New Albany; seven grandchildren, Aaron, Jackson, Devin, Jared, Isaiah, Macy and Addison; three great grandchildren; several aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis Robert and Wanda Lee (Duff) Winebrenner; sister, Laura Bissig; a brother, Douglas Winebrenner; and a grandson, Chase.
Services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Condo and St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, 130 S. Main St., Wilkinson with Pastor Jeff Johnson officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in McCray Cemetery, Wilkinson.
Visitation from 12 to 2 p.m., Thursday, September 7, 2023 at the funeral home.
