Debra "Debby" L. Clark, 72, of Shirley, Indiana, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2026. Born on January 23, 1953, in Anderson, Indiana, Debby was the daughter of Joe Ike Moore and Betty Jean (Mann) Moore, both of whom preceded her in death.
Debby was a vibrant spirit who brought joy to everyone around her. She was a graduate of Eastern Hancock High School and spent her life doing what she loved. Whether it was watching races at Mt. Lawn Speedway, finding her luck at the casino, or enjoying the day while she camped and went fishing, Debby knew how to make the most of every moment. She had a special fondness for Bingo, auctions, Hallmark Christmas movies, and word search puzzles. She also had a deep love for her town of Shirley and dedicated six years to running a beauty pageant in the community. And over all Debby loved the kids that she would help take care of over the years.
Debby is survived by her children, Jason (Misty) Clark, Angie (Tracy) Gray, Jerry Moore, and Tyler (Mac) Moore; significant other, Richard "Rick" McKinley, Jr.; grandchildren, Jaslyne (Scott Gilbert) Clark, Zachary (Alex) Clark, Samantha (Noah) Wright, Wyatt Clark, Olivia Gray, Skyler Clark, and Jackson Moore; siblings, Michael Moore, Suzy Sitton, Tracy Moore, and Bryan Moore, as well as her honorary sisters, Bev Wilburn and Cathy Shelton; mother-in-law, Roberta "Bertie" McKinley, and several nieces, nephews, and bonus kids.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Gregory Moore, her father-in-law, Richard McKinley, Sr., and her fur babies, Nibbs, Ruby, Gizmo, and Clyde.
A visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday, January 26, 2026, with services at 7 p.m. at Bozell Funeral Homes and Crematory, Condo Chapel, 130 S. Main St., Wilkinson, Indiana. Officiated by Jim Jackson.
