Steve W. Disk (Dyszkiewicz), Age 70, of Shaler Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 30, 2022, while vacationing with his loving family; Beloved husband of 44 years to Linda M. (Kasperowski); Loving father of Dana (John) Halloran and Steve (Jennifer) Disk; Proud Pap Pap of Ryan and Taylor Halloran and Morgan and Riley Disk; Also survived by dear grand dog Roxie Halloran, cherished sisters Lorrie (the late Milt) Brucker, Nancy (the late Ronnie) DiLucia, as well as nieces, nephews and cousins; He is preceded in death by his parents Steve A. and Irene (Michalczuk). Steve was a machine fitter for 35 years at Tippins Machinery. He was also the lead custodian at the Shaler Area School District for 12 years. Steve was thoroughly enjoying his 5-year retirement playing his numbers, browsing through Home Depot AND Lowe's, engaging in conversation with EVERY person he encountered and most importantly-spending his time with his children, grandchildren and his "Toots" by his side. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 2 to 8 PM at the Bock Funeral home, Ltd., 1500 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw, where a Funeral Liturgy outside of Mass will be held on Wednesday at 10 AM.
