Daniel R. Disk

Dan passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, September 20, 2023. Dan was formerly from Heidleburg, PA. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane of 44 years. Preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Claire Disk. Dan also leaves behind countless loving relatives, extended family members, loyal friends, and his church family. Dan was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. He worked at Union Switch & Signal, Maglev, and retired from Westinghouse. Upon retirement, Dan was an avid golfer, enjoyed entertaining and cooking for family and friends, traveling, and playing cards. Dan loved his Cornerstone Ministries church in Murrysville. There will be a private burial service, with a Celebration of Life on Friday, November 17, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Cornerstone Ministries.
