Steve Roberts Obituary
A private burial will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery in McAlester, OK.
Steve was born to Pearl and Albert Roberts in Phoenix, Arizona on June 20, 1967.
As an avid member of the First Assembly of God in McAlester, Steve's faith was a guiding force in his life. His spiritual journey was further enriched when he was baptized by Brother Burnside, an experience he held dear and which continued to inspire him throughout his life.
Steve enjoyed painting, completing puzzles, riding his moped, palling around with his mom, and was a free spirit to those who were blessed to know him.
He survived by his mother, Pearl Roberts of McAlester, OK; brother, Earl Roberts and wife, Linda of McAlester, OK; sister, Sheila Roberts of McAlester, OK; brother, Michael Roberts of McAlester, OK; nieces, Patsy Roberts of Wichita, KS and Jessica Roberts of Muskogee, OK; great nephews, Braden, Malaki, Henry, and Hudson and great niece, Savayah; along with other extended family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Ray Roberts; paternal grandparents, Lillian Higgins and Henry Carson Roberts; and maternal grandparents, Helen and Harold Linn.
