David Deise Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Bishop Funeral Service and Crematory - McAlester on Mar. 7, 2026.
David Louis Deise, 73, of Krebs, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, March 6, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.

Viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Bishop Funeral Service and Crematory. Cremation will follow.

David was born on March 3, 1953, in Falls Church, Virginia. He was raised in Del City, Oklahoma, where he graduated from Del City High School. Following high school, he served in the United States Marine Corps.

David spent much of his working life behind the wheel, a profession that suited his independent spirit. He worked for several years as a truck driver and later with Dixie Liquor. In more recent years, he enjoyed working as a delivery driver for Lowe's until his retirement.

In his free time, David enjoyed watching University of Oklahoma Sooner football and Oklahoma City Thunder basketball. He also appreciated the simple pleasures of life-especially relaxing in the evening with a good glass of scotch. David was known for being truly one of a kind, with a personality and spirit that made him memorable to those who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, including his mother, Elma (Smith) Deise.

David is survived by his daughter, Amber Wilson and husband Tanner; granddaughters, Brooklyne Glynn and Karsyn Richardson; and great-grandchildren, Paightyn Grace Garrett and Legend Carson Glynn.

David was a unique individual in every way. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family.
