Steve Franklin Storman Jr., “Frank,” 59, of Crystal River, Florida, passed away on November 30, 2025, peacefully at his home. Born November 21, 1966, to Betty and Steve Storman Sr., Frank attended Citrus High School. Frank spent his career as the co-owner of Storman’s Concrete and longtime owner-operator of Storman’s Produce in Homosassa, Florida. Frank was an avid outdoorsman, hunter, and fisherman, who lived his life connected to the woods and waters of the old Florida he grew up in. He was happiest with a fishing rod or gig pole in his hand, fishing the Withlacoochee River, boating down the Barge Canal, or skimming across the flats. He was a hard worker, filled with grit, and loved his family and friends with the same zeal. Frank never missed a moment to make everyone around him laugh with a good story, usually while sitting around a roaring campfire.
Frank was preceded in death by his father, Steve Storman Sr., his sister, Sandra (Sandy) Nero, and his son, Bruce Storman. Frank is survived by his mother, Betty Storman; his brother, Russell Storman; his daughters, Jessica Parker and Tina Storman; nine grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
An informal celebration of life in Goethe State Forest will follow, in accordance with his final wishes.
