A Celebration of Life for Steve Timbrell will be held Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 5:00PM - 7:00PM at Andrew Chapel Church. Honoring Steve's wishes, this will be a very informal occasion to remember Steve. Rev. Matt Hall and Ennis Denham will lead the time of reflection.
Steven Henry Timbrell, 74, of Meridian, MS, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026.
Steve served for a total of 39 years in the Air Force and the MS Air National Guard 186th Refueling Wing, retiring as Senior Master Sergeant. He also retired as a Recreation Specialist for NAS Meridian, U.S. Department of Defense.
Steve is survived by his wife of 52 years, Suzanne Miles Timbrell; daughters, Stephanie Timbrell Hyche (Kirk) of Starkville, MS and Sela Timbrell Vaughn (Chad) of Franklin, TN; grandchildren, Max Hyche, Otto Hyche, Jillian Vaughn, and Nora Vaughn.
He was preceded in death by his parents, T.C. and Jean Timbrell.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Tunnel to Towers.
