Steven Berghuis Obituary
Steven Jerome Berghuis was born May 18, 1962, the son of Dallas and Sharon (Wolf) Berghuis, in Willmar, Minnesota. He was baptized at First Christian Reformed Church in Prinsburg and confirmed at Bethany Reformed Church in Clara City. Steve attended the Clara City Public School.
Steve was employed with the Slinden family and worked on the Don-Jo-Way Farms since 2010. Steve enjoyed hunting, fishing and shooting darts. He cherished his time spent with his grandchildren.
Steve is survived by his daughter Debra Berghuis of Clara City, son Brad (Karen) Berghuis of Clear Lake; parents Dallas & Sharon Berghuis of Clara City; grandchildren: Adrienne, Jackson, Payten, Brookelyn and Madison; sisters: Pam (Dave) Lieser of Clara City and Terry Jo Miller of Maynard; and several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends, including the Slinden family.
He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Hailey Berghuis and his brother Scott Berghuis.
