Steven Edgar Bolain

Steven Edgar Bolain, known affectionately as Steve, passed away peacefully on January 3, 2026, in Anderson, Missouri. Born on March 16, 1968, in Rogers, Arkansas, Steve's journey through life was one marked by love, hard work, and an enduring spirit that touched the hearts of all who knew him.

Steve's life was rich with love and joy, especially after marrying the love of his life, Jillian Willis, on May 12, 2023, in Miami, Oklahoma. Their marriage was a beautiful partnership that brought warmth and happiness to their family and community. Steve was a devoted family man, and his legacy continues through his beloved mother, Doris Bolain of Centerton, Arkansas; his cherished wife, Jill Bolain of the home; his proud children, Lane Bolain (Jessica) of Springdale, Arkansas, Callie Bolain of Huntsville, Arkansas, Tate Bolain (Hattie) of Hindsville, Arkansas, Shaylen Willis and Braylee Willis of Anderson, Missouri. His sisters, Kim Gallagher of Bentonville, Arkansas, and Stephenie Dean of Bella Vista, Arkansas, will carry forward his memory with love. Steve was a doting pepaw to Raelyn, Rhett, and Ruger Bolain, who will grow up knowing their pepaw's kind and generous spirit. He was preceded in death by his father, William Edgar Bolain, who no doubt welcomed him with open arms.

Steve's professional life was as rich and robust as his personal life. He owned and operated War Eagle Processing in Hindsville, Arkansas, his affection for his cows and his commitment to farming in both Arkansas and Missouri were not just a livelihood but a passion that fueled his days and gave him immense pride and satisfaction.

As we bid farewell to Steve, let us celebrate the extraordinary life he led and the countless ways in which he enriched our lives. His memory will live on not only through his family but also through the impact he had on everyone who had the privilege of crossing paths with him. Steve was a man of his word and taught his children to follow through with their commitments. They will follow his lead by knowing right is right and wrong is wrong. His spirit will continue to inspire us all to live with kindness and generosity in our hearts. Rest in peace, Steve, your legacy will never be forgotten.
