Steven Nathan Button, age 68, of Three Rivers, Michigan passed away on July 8, 2024 at Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo.
He was born on April 22, 1956 a son to Nathan Herman and Mattie Mae (Winterstein) Button in Coldwater, Michigan.
Steven lived in Union City, Michigan during his younger years and graduated from Union City High School.
He married Beverly Powell in Union City on December 1, 1984. They moved to Three Rivers in 2014.
Steven worked at American Axel for nine years before retiring. He loved collecting baseball cards. Steven loved watching baseball especially the Tigers, Braves and when it came to football the Lions and University of Michigan, were his favorite. He also enjoyed attending the local high schools football and baseball games. Steven liked going out to eat, especially burgers and fry joints, he also enjoyed watching Television his favorite shows were Westerns, Animal Planet and different games shows. Above all Steven had a big love for his family and was known as a jokester with them.
Steven is survived by his wife of 39 years Beverly Button of Three Rivers; Children: Tyrel Button of Vicksburg, MI and Desiree (Stanley) Miller of Sherwood, MI; Grandson: Nathan Button; Sisters: Connie Button, Stella Swanson, Joan (Richard) Sauerman; Sister-In-Law: Sherry Powell; Many nieces and nephews including: Sara Hinkal, Naomi Sechler, Brad Nickerson; Stacy (Bob) Adams, Kyle Adams, Austin Adams, Wyatt Adams, Kailey Adams and Dakotah Adams.
He is preceded in death by his parents, infant granddaughter Cheyanne Miller; Brother: Elver Herman Button; Sister: Ardella Button; Aunt: Catherine Ballinger.
