I was the lead singer in steve and Roy Dimartino's rock band while we were high school friends at West Babylon.
I looked steve up on Google hoping to reconnect with Roy and Stevie...Reading of Stevie's death was deeply saddening.
I'm so sorry , Roy and Vince

What can I say about Steve, he was a loving, caring and funny person. As a child growing up with his sister Andrea, there was always love in their home. Guess that´s why I was always there. He was a mentor without even realizing it. Loved his passion for music. As I grew older I had the opportunity to visit him in Kentucky to see all the accomplishments he made. Even though it was 12 years since I last saw him, it was like no time had passed. God wrap your loving arms around Steve and take away his pain. Rest in peace.
