65, of Bruceton Mills (Pisgah community) passed away Friday, November 29, 2024, at the Mon Health Medical Hospital, in Morgantown, WV.
The son of Ray and Stella Simpkins Forman of Pisgah community, he was born March 4, 1958, in Morgantown.
Steven was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. He loved his children and grandchildren and enjoyed his Harley Motorcycles.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his former spouse, Barb Forman, of Norwalk, OH; three daughters and their spouses of Ohio: Dianne Manfredi (Pete), Debra Ellis (Robert), and Dawn M. Cleland (Jason); two sons and their spouses of Ohio, Russell Butler (Gretchen) and Richard Forman (Melisa); a brother and his spouse, Charles and Andrea Forman, of Texas; fifteen grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Ervin Forman.
The family will be having a memorial service for Steven at a later date.
The Carl R. Spear Funeral Home of Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, is providing cremation.
