Steven Dana Glover

Steven Dana Glover was born January 15, 1944, in South Fulton County, Georgia. He grew up in Fairburn, Georgia. He was a 1963 graduate of Campbell of Fairburn High School, where he was an outstanding athlete and class leader. He was an avid hunter and a member of the Georgia Boys Club, a multigenerational club that hunted in the Piedmont of Georgia and the mountains of the western United States.

Steven spent 38 years in the elevator industry and was a member of the Union of Elevator Constructors. Upon retirement, he moved to Knox County, Tennessee, where he continued to enjoy hunting, traveling, and spending time with his lifelong friends in Georgia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon Olin and Virginia Brown Glover; his brother, Gordon O. Glover; and his sister, Patricia Glover.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Thelma Pardue Glover; his son, Steven Jason Glover; his granddaughter, Ava Elizabeth Glover; his sister, Veda White (Alex); his niece, Latisha; his sister-in-law, Gail Glover; and his nephew, Jason Lee Glover.
