Steven Inlow Obituary

Published by Legacy on Dec. 3, 2022.
Steven Lee Inlow, age 71, of Newark, passed away November 29, 2022, after a valiant battle with cancer. Steve was born September 24, 1951, to the late Ralph W. and V. Louise (Rogers) Inlow.
Steve loved to tell jokes and had many stories about his younger years like when he served in the Army National Guard, played tennis in college or played keyboard with his band in local clubs. He was particularly proud and laughed about building a custom Harley in his basement one winter and having to tear it apart in the spring to get it out.
Steve had a passion for cars. Old cars, fast cars or rare cars, he was a true car enthusiast. He also loved old homes and the history behind them. He loved to buy old homes and restore them. "It's good for the community and it's part of history" he'd say.
Steve never married but many would say he was married to his work. He worked railroad and construction for many years while investing in real estate. Steve's wishes are that his life's work be used to benefit the community under a charitable foundation.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother Roger and sisters Verna and Brenda. He is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends Bill and Roxann.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 8, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Spring Grove Cemetery with Minister Carol Rogers officiating.
Criss-Wagner-Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service is honored to care for Steve and his family.
