Steven "Randy" Neely

Steven "Randy" Neely January 25, 1956 – September 30, 2025 Steven "Randy" Neely, 69, of Ringgold, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. He was born to the late Homer and Shirley Neely in Hamilton County, Tennessee. Randy was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga–Northwest Georgia area, where he worked for McKee Baking in Collegedale, Tennessee, for over 47 years. Randy enjoyed buying, selling, trading, and collecting cars, knives, and guns, but cars were his main passion. He always enjoyed going to flea markets and sales, looking for a good deal. Above all, Randy loved his family and cherished all the special times they spent together. He enjoyed family dinners with good food and good times, as well as family trips to Panama City Beach in Florida. Randy was adored by his family, and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Randy is preceded in death by his parents, Homer Edgar Neely and Shirley Holmes Lewis; stepfather, Vernon Lewis; and stepmother, Paulette Neely. Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of twenty-eight years, Pam Neely; son, Steven Randal (Dusty) Neely, II of Ooltewah, Tennessee; daughter, Sara Anne Ferney of Rossville, Georgia; sisters, Dianne White of Birchwood, Tennessee, Carolyn Catchings of Harrison, Tennessee, Teresa Dobbins of Ooltewah, Tennessee, and Gail Eaton of Cleveland, Tennessee; brothers, Ronald Neely of Rossville, Georgia, Jackie Neely of Ringgold, Georgia, Russell Langston of Trenton, Georgia, and Carlton Morrison of Rossville, Georgia; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The family has arranged for a time to remember and honor Randy. Friends and family are invited to join us on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for the visitation and the graveside service, a time to celebrate Randy's life, will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery with Bro.
