Born February 23, 1950, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2024.
He is pre-deceased by his father Jack Paulsen of Pimlico and his brother Martin Paulsen of Finksburg MD
Steven is survived by his wife of 53yrs., Caroline Paulsen, and his children Tyfanee Bertsch & Courtney Paulsen. He was the loving Grandfather of Chase Bertsch & Gia Friedenberg
He was the proud Uncle of Charlie Small and Stacie, Marvin, Milan & Marcus Mendoza
Steven enjoyed a long career at Ft. Meade and retired after 30yrs of service
