Steven Petrosky passed away at home at the age of 56 after a long battle of illnesses. Steve was a fighter and did his best. He is survived by his wife Kristine, his parents Bob and Barbara Petrosky children: Tessa Shonk, Chadd & Dustin Petrosky, grandchildren: Nova Shonk & Sicily Petrosky, sisters: Patricia Buckley & Michelle Banks and brother: Brian Petrosky, plus 3 nieces and 2 nephews. Steve was a former Cannon Fire Direction Specialist in the US Army from 1990-1999. He worked at US Steel Granite Works. Steve received his bachelor's degree at Columbia Southern University and attended Madison High School and graduated in 1985.
Steve loved life and would do anything for you. He loved to fish, go for adventures and grill. His passion for baseball was evident in his sports collection. A celebration of life will be held on October 19th at St. Mary's Church – 1621 10th St. Madison, IL at 10 am Mass.
