Steven E Ream, 74 of Bonney Lake WA, peacefully graduated to heaven on July 2, 2024, surrounded by his loving family after a difficult battle of cancer.
Steve was born on February 26, 1950, to Marvin and Mary Ream of Yakima WA.
After Steve graduated from Eisenhauer High School in Yakima, Washington. He enlisted in the United States Air Force, was deployed to Davis-Monthan, Tucson, AZ, He served 2 years as an administration specialist.
In summer of 1970, Steve meets the love of his life, Lorraine Bailey in Union Gap, WA at a youth hang out. Steve and Lorraine were married in 1973, they went on to have 2 beautiful daughters
Steve went on to go to college after getting married and got his AA in accounting and did that for 25 years. During that time God called him and Lorraine to missions in the Philippines. He loved to bring people to Jesus.
Steve Retired in 2012 from his accounting job but continued to minister in the Philippines.
He also loved working at the Bread of Life mission in Seattle where he helped the homeless get back on their feet and to know the love of Jesus.
Steve loved hunting, fishing, bowling and golf. His most favorite was teaching his grandchildren how to fish.
He fought the good fight of faith and always kept his sense of humor.
He is survived by his wife, Lorraine. His 2 daughters, April Ford (Brian) and Heather Trudgeon (Tom).
His grandchildren Sierra Trudgeon (Andrew Pichette), Matthew Trudgeon, Karsen Trudgeon, Kylee Trudgeon, Tayler Ford (Cole Bergeson), Chantel Ford and his great -granddaughter Leah Ford. His brother Carrol Ream. Many brothers and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Proceeded in death by his father and mother, Marvin and Mary Ream, brother, Doug Ream. Uncle Jerry Ream and his in laws, Otis and Jean Bailey, and his son in law Brian Ford.
Celebration of Life will be held at Rainier Hills Christian Fellowship in Buckley, WA July 20th at 1:00 pm and the burial will take place at Tahoma National Cemetery July 23 at 2:30 pm in Kent, Washington
