Steven Rudd Obituary
Steven Bruce Rudd, 60, of Peoria Illinois, died on August 31, 2024, at Carle Health Methodist Emergency Room in Peoria. He was born on January 25, 1964, to the late Bruce and Mary (Mickalonis) Rudd in Peoria.
Steven was a butcher at Elmwood Locker & Rabers Packing Company for several years. In his younger years, he hitchhiked across the United States enjoying his life. Steven loved all outdoor activities, duck & goose hunting and fishing. His hunting and fishing buddies nicknamed him botulism.
Steven is survived by his lifelong partner, Rochelle Hillmeyer; daughters, Stephanie Caudell and Susie Hutchinson-Benko; and sister, Stacy Rudd.
Illini Cremation has accorded cremation rites. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cards can be sent from and condolences left at illinicremation.com.
