He is survived by his parents, sister-in-law Robyn Smith, nephew Hunter Smith and fiancé Brady Stark.
Smith was preceded in death by his brother Lee Smith.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2024 from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Clark Funeral Home in Versailles, KY. A service will be held immediately following visitation at 1:00 pm with Pastor Dewayne Walker officiating. Burial will follow at the Smith Family Cemetery in Campton, KY. Honorary casketbearers are Corey Anderson, Gregory Green Jr., Matt Miller, Dave Brown, Shaylin Coffey and Jeffery Brumett.
