It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Steven Gerard Vacca, who left us at the age of 64 on August 25, 2025. Born on August 29, 1960, in Pittsburgh, PA, Steven spent his life surrounded by those he cherished most, embodying the essence of selflessness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family.
Steven is survived by his beloved wife, Laura Vacca, and his three devoted daughters, Deanna, Christine, and Sandra Vacca. He was also a proud brother to James (Debi) and Gary (Maria).
In his professional life, Steven thrived in the auto sales industry, where he was known for his kind spirit and ability to connect with others. His passions extended beyond work; he was an avid fan of Star Trek and had a profound fascination with astronomy and radios. Family was the cornerstone of Steven's existence, and he cherished every moment spent with them, often enjoying hot wings and movies together.
Steven was a protective figure, always placing the needs of others before his own, reflecting a spirit of caring that touched everyone he met.
Family and friends are welcome on Wednesday from 3-7 pm at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry Township, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township. A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday at 11 am at the funeral home, officiated by Rev George Palumbo. Interment will follow at Pinewood Memorial Gardens.
