Sending my condolences to Steven’s family and close friends. I only had the pleasure of being in Steven’s presence a few times during ski trips but he was always the nicest and funniest person in the room. I’ll never forget the laughs that we were able to share. My heart and love goes out to everyone who's lives he was able to touch.

I remember Steven as the brightest person I´ve known. The brightest in school, the brightest smile and attitude, and brightest spirit. Always lifted up everyone around him. And every time I think of Steven I will smile. Sending love to Steven´s family and friends.

Steven - I am so happy we had such a great lunch together and caught up with each other a week ago. You were one of my saving graces at work and quickly became a good friend outside of work. I will always cherish the moments we had during our time of traveling to Charlotte, NC. I will miss when you would come to my desk saying "you want to fight?!" And I would always say "yes!" It was so hilarious. Even now, I think of all of your sayings and good wisdom. You were so wise to be so young. I didn´t even know you graduated early from high school! Again, you were so smart and intelligent so I´m not surprised. Looking back, you taught me how to set boundaries and discernment. I really can´t believe you´re gone. You accomplished so much. I am happy we got to discuss our future plans and reflect on our achievements/how far we´ve come before you were called home to the Lord.

I can't believe this is real. Steven and I met when we studied in London for the summer after our sophomore year at ND. We had lots of laughs together and a lot of amazing experiences. When we returned to school junior year, we had lunch/dinners from time to time in the dining hall - I was so glad to have him as a friend. Always so funny, supportive, and committed to achieving great things. He is already so missed - my deepest condolences go out to his family and close friends - Steven was so special.

It's hard to express how sorry I am to hear of your loss. I had the fortune of having Steven in my class at Notre Dame, and have very fond memories of working with him. Steven was one of the first friends I made at Notre Dame my freshman weekend. We bonded over being from the South, and from then on it was always a good time when he entered the room. I´m sorry for your family´s loss and deeply happy for anyone who got to cross paths with Steven during his time here!
