Steven Ward Obituary
Steven was a true handyman at heart, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He had a deep love for music and found joy in playing the guitar, often filling the room with his melodies. Known affectionately as "daddy to many cats," Steven had a special bond with his feline companions, who brought him comfort and happiness throughout his life.
A memorial service to celebrate Steven's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Goldsboro Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor Chrystal Hart officiating. Following the service, the family will receive friends at the church.
Steven is survived by his loving mother, Judy White Ward; and his aunt and uncle, Theresa and William Wallace. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Frances White; and his uncle and aunt, Thomas and Kay White.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with Steven's services.
Services are entrusted to Seymour Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
