It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Steven Franklin Williams, who left us on August 8, 2025, at the age of 70. Born on October 11, 1954, Steven was a loving, kind, and generous soul who touched the lives of all who knew him.

An avid musician with a passion for playing bass guitar, Steven found joy in creating music and sharing his talents with others. He was a compassionate and devoted husband, father, and friend who adored his family above all else. Steven dedicated his professional life to serving others through his work with Union Pacific Railroad, as an IBEW electrician, and as a Navy veteran.

He is preceded in death by his Parents Milton James and Myrtle Williams, brothers, James and Roger Williams, sister, Joyce Rickens, sister-in-law, Judy Williams and Trudy Williams.

Steven is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Cindy Williams; his children Zach and Celia Williams of Utah, Dylan and Laura Williams of California; his brothers Berl Williams, Donald (Amy) Williams, Calvin Williams, Sam (Janie) Williams, and Ted (Sondra) Williams, Brother-in-law Rob (Vonnie) Gill and his cherished grandchildren, Rosalyn, Irving, Spencer and Charliee; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

There are no services scheduled for Mr. Williams at this time.
