Stuart Alan Shankles

Stuart Alan Shankles of Rossville, after a brief and unexpected illness, has gone to be with his Lord and Savior and his grandson, Connor.

With grieving yet grateful hearts, our family would like to invite all who knew Stuart to join us on March 19, 2026, at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 8451 East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until 1:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall, followed by a memorial service at 1:30 p.m. Eric Mullinax will be officiating.

The family kindly requests that no flowers be sent. Stuart's favorite thing to do was share with others, so in his memory we ask if you want to make a donation to something dear to your heart or share time with someone in his memory.

The family would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the ER doctor, and staff, ICU doctor, and staff of CHI Memorial Hospital (Main Campus), as well as Tapestry Hospice in Ringgold, for their compassionate and loving care they provided Stuart and our family.

We are also deeply grateful to our family members and friends for their help and prayers, love you all!

Our family is grateful to Covenant Presbyterian Church for opening their hearts to us and loving us.

We ask that you go forward and share the love and time God has given you with others.
