On Saturday, June 21, 2025, Sue Ellen Carroll of Glen Burnie, MD passed away peacefully. Beloved mother of Amanda C. Davis and devoted grandmother of Emmitt A. Carter; cherished sister of Jill L. Carroll, Stacey L. Tibbs and her husband, Billy, and Dean Carroll. She is also survived by her niece and nephew, DJ Carroll, Natalie Tibbs and many other loving family and friends. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Janet and Vernon Carroll.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, PA, 1 2nd Avenue, SW, (at Crain Highway) Glen Burnie, MD 21061 on Monday, June 30, 2025 from 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm. where a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 10:00 am. Her Inurnment will be held at a later date privately. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in her name to St. Jude’s's Childrens Research Hospital, Memphis, TN.
