Sue "Nadine" Bigham Curtis, aged 99, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2025, in Bedford, Texas.

Nadine was born on November 20, 1925, in Green Forest, Arkansas, to Thomas Davis and Clara Belle Bigham. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend known for her unwavering faith and devotion to her family.

She served her community through her involvement with the Gideon Auxiliary and the jail ministry, where her strong spirit and dedication left a lasting impact on many. She was a prayer warrior and lived her life for Jesus Christ, passing down her love for Him to her family and nurturing their faith across three generations.

Nadine is survived by her loving children, son, Edward H. Curtis (Laraine); and daughter, Shan C. Gillard; her treasured grandchildren, Christy Henry, Matt Presley, K. Ryder Fox, Melodye Edwards, Jonathan Edwards, Elisa Minden, Shona Gillard, Susanna Presley, Samuel Presley, and Joseph Presley; along with 16 great-grandchildren who were the light of her life. Nadine's warmth, kindness, and faith will be missed dearly, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Curtis, her beloved daughter, Vickie Sue Presley, and her sister, Halena Minniehan; and parents, Thomas Davis Bigham and Clara Belle Bigham.

Funeral Service will be held on February 13, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Wade Family Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas. The family invites all who knew and loved her to celebrate her life and legacy.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Gideons International in her honor or Cal Farley Ranch, supporting the mission she held dear.
