Sue Godwin Obituary
Mrs. Godwin is survived by her husband, William Herman "Billy" Godwin, Jr. of Lenox; son and daughter-in-law, Brad and Lisa Godwin of Memphis, Tennessee; daughter and son-in-law, Rachel and Bud Watson of Valdosta, Georgia; five grandchildren: John Mark, Luke and Lana Godwin, all of Memphis; Kate and Will Watson, both of Valdosta; two sisters, Alice Darley of Macon, Georgia and Faye Richards of Gainesville, Georgia. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 26, 2025 at the Lenox Baptist Church with an eulogy provided by Mr. Guy Haynes. Interment will follow at the Lenox City Cemetery. Visitation will take place from 10:00 to11:00 AM at the church prior to the funeral service.

My condolences to Sue's family. I have so many memories of growing up with Sue, twelve years of school in Turner County together, sleep overs,and attending ABAC together. She was even a bridesmaid in my wedding.
