My condolences to Melissa, and to Sue´s entire family. Sue was my dear friend for more than 28 years, and I will miss her. We loved to walk and talk and go to lunch. For many years, we went to various MassAudubon parks to walk, and Sue could identify so many birds by sight and by their song. I will remember that and think of her when I watch the birds in my backyard.

I will remember how kind she was to me, especially when I was in the hospital after my transplant. My family lived too far away to be able to visit me as often as they would have liked to, but since she lived nearby she would stop by to visit me, that truly meant the world to me.
