Summer Fawn Bell, 34, passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at her home in Arapahoe, Wyoming.

She was born on January 26, 1991, in Riverton, Wyoming, to Theodore Lionel Bell Sr. and Anna Brown. Summer was raised in Fort Washakie and later Arapahoe, Wyoming. She attended school through the 8th grade before continuing her education at Circle of Nations School in Wahpeton, North Dakota. Summer also lived for a time with her family in Washington state before returning home.

After coming back to Wyoming, Summer worked at the Big Wind Casino in housekeeping. She devoted most of her life to being a homemaker and caring for her family. Summer greatly enjoyed cooking for her loved ones and for ceremonies.

Summer loved attending powwows and round dances and was a ladies' traditional dancer. Music was an important part of her life, and her favorite singers were the Little Brave Singers.

She is survived by her children: sons Koah Antelope, Kacei Bell-Duran, and Samuel Fletcher; daughters Kimora Antelope, Judith Ann Shakespeare, Katelyn Bell, and Mikey Fletcher.

She is also survived by her parents, Lionel and Becky Bell Sr.; her siblings Loveda Bell; Lionel Bell Jr.; Shawnte' Spoonhunter and husband Adam; Nataya Bell; Shiloh Bell; Be'enno Bell and wife Morning Starr; Leo Duran; Greg Duran; RaShawn Bell; and Amanda Bell. She is further survived by her aunts Jamie Brown, Ladina Bell, and Andrea Oldman.

Summer was preceded in death by her mother, Anna Brown, and her sisters Tessa Bell and Autumn Dawn Bell.

The family would like to share that during this time of grief, they may have inadvertently left out someone they love and care about. Please know that all are deeply loved and remembered.

A rosary with vigil and wake will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at Eagle Hall. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at Eagle Hall. Burial will follow at the Arapaho Catholic Cemetery at St. Stephen's, Wyoming.
