It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Susan Rae Barrett James, cherished mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend, who passed away peacefully on November 14th, 2024. Born on September 1st, 1940, Susan was a woman of deep compassion, kindness, and was amazingly giving and thoughtful of others. She devoted her life to her family and spirituality, and her legacy as a loving and caring "AP Grandma" will forever be remembered.
She is survived by her three sons, Christopher, Devon, and Roger James, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her brothers, Kirk and Neff Barrett-all of whom were blessed by her love, grace, and wisdom. Suzan leaves behind memories of laughter, joy and self love in her final days, and her magical twinkle will continue to inspire us. Goodbye, for now.
Private services will be held.
