Susan Bartholomew (nee Isakoff) passed on September 13, 2025. Loving wife of Charles Bartholomew. Adoring mother of Rachel Bartholomew. Daughter of Elaine and the late Paul Isakoff. Sister of Bruce Isakoff. Aunt of Eric Isakoff. Funeral services were held on Wednesday September 17, 2025. Shiva will be observed at her late residence Wednesday 9/17 from 6:30 – 8:30pm, Thursday 6:30 – 8:30 pm and Friday from 2:00 – 4:00 pm. Shiva will also be observed at the home of Bruce and Andrea Isakoff.
