Susan Brigham Obituary
It is with heavy hearts and sadness that we announce the passing of Susan Marie (Diffendorf) Brigham, 75, of Concord, NC who left us unexpectedly on February 8, 2025.
Susan was born on October 7, 1949, in New York to the late Donald James Diffendorf Sr. and Roseanne Jeanette (Corbin) Diffendorf. She is predeceased by her husband, James Edward Brigham, Jr.: daughter and son in-law, Michelle Marie (Brigham) Hand and Steven Hand Jr.: brothers, Donald Diffendorf Jr. and Steven Diffendorf.
Susan leaves behind her loving daughter, Christie Brigham, grandchildren: Shawn Cuffie Jr, Alexa Brigham, Jamarcus Hand, and Rihanna Hand, great-grandson Shawn Cuffie III, : her sisters Sherry Murray, Bea Goff (Tim), and Peg Pitel (David) and sister in-law Michelene Diffendorf.
To celebrate a remarkable life well lived, a visitation for Susan will be held on Saturday March 1, 2025, from 12:00pm – 1:30 pm followed by a memorial service in the chapel at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord.
