Susan Denham, age 73, passed away Friday, September 19, 2025, at her home in Saucier, MS surrounded by her loved ones.
Susan cherished her many roles as a loving mother, grandmother (MawMaw), sister, and aunt (Aunt SuSu). Her selfless dedication to her family was undeniable and unwavering. The blessings she bestowed upon her loved ones was immeasurable and will forever be held in their hearts.
She dedicated 29 years of service to Harrison County School District where she touched the lives of children and coworkers with her contagious smile and loving heart.
Susan cherished spending time with friends and family whether it was during holiday celebrations, around the dinner table, at sporting events, or special outings enjoying her favorite activities. Her passion for traveling created many memorable adventures for her loved ones that they will cherish forever. Her love for gardening created a sense of peace and happiness around her home.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Carol Bellew; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Glenn and Helen Denham.
Susan is survived by her former husband and father of her children, Gordon Denham; her children, Greg (Sara) Denham, Bonnie (Ricky) Wedgeworth, Geoff (Bentley) Denham, and Geremy Denham; grandchildren, Katie Denham (Taylor Ishee), Elisa Helton (Jace Favre), Alexis Helton, Ashleigh Cook (Larry Scott), Baleigh Wedgeworth (Jacob Necaise), Carrie Wedgeworth (Calib Allen), Tyler Wedgeworth, Evelyne Denham, and Emerson Denham; great grandchildren, Ridge Ishee, Jensen Favre, Elena Favre, Austyn Cook, and Charlie Scott; siblings, Bob (Shelia) Bellew, Terry (Sharon) Bellew, David Bellew (Sarah Baggett), Danny Bellew (Kaye Viehweg), and May Ann (Tommy) Murphy; nieces and nephews, Robbie (Carrie) Bellew, Clay (Susan) Bellew, Josh (Christine) Bellew, Chris (Deborah) Bellew, Kari (Kurt) Kratz, Hunter Necaise (Lacey Lundy), Haley Necaise, Ashton Murphy (Jennifer Tran), and Terra Murphy (Hayes Freeland); and 14 great nieces and nephews.
The family would also like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to her caregiver, Jenny Thompson, and her family for their love, care, and support.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, September 29, 2025 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, at Poplar Head Methodist Church, 13200 Poplarhead Rd., Saucier, MS 39574.
