Susan entered this life on April 25, 1971, in Germany to Richard and Rosalie Leasher Watrous. A devoted servant of her Lord, Jesus, Susan was a faithful church member from the young age of six. She spent many fulfilling years worshipping at Hilldale Baptist Church and later found joy in fellowship at Mosaic Church. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life, inspiring her to live out the values of love and kindness that she held dear. Susan embarked on a rewarding career at Walmart, where she was employed for over 15 years. Her passion for helping others was in her interactions with customers, and she became known for her warm spirit and friendly demeanor. Her co-workers treasured her company, viewing her not only as a colleague but as a dear friend. Susan enjoyed time spent with family and friends, embracing the opportunities to cook and create cherished memories together. Friendship was a treasure for Susan.

In addition to her parents, survivors include her loving husband, Chuck Evans; son, Randall Evans (Lucy); daughter, Candice Evans (Richie Roberson); sisters, Tina Black, Marla Ince, Vicki (Raul) Demoura, Terri (Paul) Byars. Susan also leaves behind her grandchildren, Tracy Evans, and Tamasha Evans.
