I will miss Susan. Although not related by blood, she was always my cousin. I remember back many years ago a trip to New York that Susan took with my Mother, Marian Bickel, and me. We had such a great time, going to Radio Music Show, going to the Cococabana and turned away because we were "unaccompanied" by a man. A taxi taking us to a bar where women were pole dancing in the windows! Taking a bus tour that had us walking through alleys in the Bowery. And having to shop for a new pair of shoes for Susan because we did so much walking, her feet were killing her! We often talked about this trip and the craziness of it all. Love you, Cousin Susan.

Susan was my husband Jim's cousin who became my very dear friend.
I thoroughly enjoyed her long telephone conversations when she shared the encounters she had with the rich and famous she met when she was young and out and about in the Louisville scene.
She was creative and had a flair for fashion.
Susan was also very generous and shared her bounty with me and many others.
I will miss the spark of life she lit for me with her telephone calls.

I´m so very sorry to learn of Susan´s passing. She was a dear friend to my mother Dori Klein, and I so appreciated that she kept in touch with me after mother´s passing. May her memory be a blessing.
