Susan Hays Obituary

Susan was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband of 40 years, Floyd Hays, Jr.
Susan enjoyed spending time with her longtime friends and going out to lunch with them. She was always on the hunt for a great deal and was never one to miss out on shopping. Over the years, she and Floyd had a profound love for their dogs and treated them as cherished members of the family.
Susan is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Jenny (Matt) Ford, and her cherished twin grandsons, Luke and Jackson Ford, who brought her endless pride and happiness. She is also survived by her siblings, Ralph (Ronnie) Gentile and Karen Gentile; and sisters-in-law, Carol Sikorski and Maelu Ellis.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at St. John's Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Humane Society of Garland County.
