She was born on January 20, 1952, to the late John J. and Marie E. (Mountz) Moore.
Susan was a retired medical assistant; a member of the Lawnton American Legion Post 998 and Lower Allen VFW Post 7530.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two brothers, Robert Moore and Jackie Moore.
Susan is survived by her husband, Robert Kline; her daughter, Sherri Lynn Boyer of Harrisburg; her sister, Florence Jean Stillwagon of Harrisburg; one granddaughter, Kaitlin Crumlich and her three dearly loved great grandchildren, Robert Michael Crumlich, Malak James Andre and Arelynn Marie Andre; nephew, Jack Weiss and his wife, Karen and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 11 A.M. at the Geigle Funeral Home. There will be a viewing from 10-11 A.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Susan's honor can be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
