Susan Mary (Adkins) Magee, 65, of Goffstown, passed away on September 7, 2023, at Catholic Medical Center.
She was born in Manchester on August 23, 1958, the daughter of the late Ruey and Dorothy (Duggan) Adkins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, David Adkins. Prior to her illness, she had been working for Experian.
Sue loved taking trips to the beach and was at peace listening to the waves. Growing up with her family close by, it was no surprise that her passion was her family.
Loving mother and grandmother she provided constant love and support. She found joy spending time with her grandchildren playing games, making crafts, and taking fun trips
She never hesitated to take care of her grand-dogs, her “baby boy” Pavlov, Willow and Waylon.
Family members include her prior husband of many years and longtime companion, Mark Magee of Goffstown; two daughters, Jill Gentile and her husband Michael of Goffstown, and Lisa Hutchinson and her husband Daniel of Amherst; her precious grandchildren, Emma Gentile, Brooke Miknaitis, Cal Hutchinson, and Camden Hutchinson; four brothers, Robert Adkins of Alton, Ronald Adkins of Manchester, John Adkins of Candia, and Christopher Adkins of Manchester; a sister, Carolyn Zamoida of Manchester; and many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Calling hours will be at Phaneuf Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 243 Hanover St., Manchester on Friday, September 15, 2023, from 5 to 7 PM.
