Susan Ann Nezworski, a beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. She was born on August 31, 1949, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Nelson and Eunice Stofflet (nee Horn).
Susan’s greatest passion was her family; she poured her heart into creating a nurturing and warm environment for those she loved. She was an avid gardener, had a talent for crafts, and her enthusiasm for life was perhaps most evident in the cherished memories she created on trips to Disney World with her family.
Susan is survived by her children Carrie (Gabe) Cohen and Andy (Lacey) Nezworski; grandchildren Gabby, Max, Olivia, Drake and Hudson; along with many other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband John and her son Jeffrey.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the caring staff at The View at Pine Ridge and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital for their unwavering support.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer’s/Dementia Association and the American Cancer Society in Susan’s name are welcome.
A visitation to celebrate Susan’s life will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (2228 N. Silver Maple Lane, Oconomowoc, WI 53066) from 3:30pm-4:30pm with a service to follow. Following the service, a meal will be provided as we continue to celebrate the beautiful life Susan led.
